Please check your Cosifit order immediately on its arrival. If there are any fulfillment errors or product defects, treatment please advise us within 3 days of arrival to avoid problems with a refund or goods exchange.
Cosifit Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your cancer headwear order or change it in any way, see Cosifit will try to comply with your request. We cannot guarantee that we will be in a position to cancel or alter your order.
All changes to an order or cancellation must be done by email and please be assured we will endeavour to meet your request if at all possible.
All Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase and please accompany your return with a completed Cosifit Returns Form, (please click on Cosifit Returns Form to download the form.) Please complete the form in full, sign it and enclose your Cosifit product(s).
- All Cosifit tags and packaging must be returned with the goods.
- Your returned item(s) must reach us in the same condition as dispatched. All Cosifit headwear must be free of hair, marks or possible stains caused by wearing.
- A credit can only be issued after a full inspection of the item(s). Should the goods not meet this criteria you will be advised and if required, the goods will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Should the returns exceed £150 there will be a handling charge of 10% to check and place the goods back into stock. We do not offer a credit on any sale or on end of line product(s).
- Please allow up to 4 weeks to process a refund or product exchange. It is advisable to insure all returned goods in transit.
